Five Brown Kids

Biked around foggy Western Head every morning Alma (90) gave us a full tour of her flower gardens and then I made a little video  We went to Nickerson pond almost every day for rope swinging Kids all worked on their bb gun skills.  Ice cream from "GP" at Ponhook Lake.  Coffee and pastries every morning at Main and Mersey 70th Birthday Party for Nana

I was lucky enough to grab this fabulous picture of Zoe and Courtney wading through the very cold water at Carter's beach (Tobias seems unbothered while Zoe and Courtney battle for their lives) Sitting on the couch later that evening with the other moms I had the brilliant idea to make a meme.  And that started a lot of fun.  I laughed so hard making all of these! 

We had so much fun at Carter's beach.  The water was so unbelievably cold and I caught this amazing picture of Zoe and Courtney braving the cold.  (Turned it into many memes coming up) Kids did lots of cold plunges, dipping under.  Rand starting taking close up shots of the lichen on the rocks.  I got these... so cool, right? Stopped at Seaside takeout on the way home for the best fish and chips and some ice cream cones. 

 75 degrees in town, 55 degrees at the light house.  Brrr....  One of my favorite places. 

  We started most mornings with a walk to Main and Mersey coffee shop and as many chocolate croissants as they had available. (Usually not very many - why don't they bake more each morning?) Then a visit to the concrete creations sculpture park. We had so much fun trying to immitate them.  Dinner together every night.  And the kids practiced with the bb gun non stop.  Tin can target down near the pond.
