Five Brown Kids

While Tyrone was with Blythe at a swim meet Mark and I shopped for a new TV console for his living room. Hit up the farmers market and the Dix Park trolls and then did some quick house shopping at the mall. We always have so much fun hanging out. 

Scotia and Taye bumped into each other at the club. They are so cute.  Mark and I went to see the musical Tina at the Tanger Center.  It was so good.   Then Blythe and I hung out at Mark's house for the weekend.  Quick visit to the mountains to look at some lake houses and go for a hike. I love hanging out with Mark and Blythe so much.  They are hilarious teasing each other. 

I took the girls downtown to see the new art installation in Dorthea Dix Park . There are five large recycled wood trolls made by Danish artist Thomas Dambo tucked in around the park. They are magnificent.

And a cute show for drama class at school. 

We joined Jaxon and Scotia and her friends for the ECU homecoming game and a tailgate party. I love a little party/food before the game.  Scotia has lovely college friends. 

Mark, Blythe and I flew to Montreal over the weekend to watch my nephew row in the Canadian University Rowing Championships. My parents flight was canceled so they didn't make it but we had so much fun hanging out with Carrie and her kids.  Friday was super rainy and cold.  After lunch at an amazing  Chinatown noodle spot  we ventured to the  underground city  and managed to make if from the Palais de Congres all the way to the Eaton Center where Blythe bought some new leggings. If you know you know - utter chaos, but we were up for the challenge.  We had afternoon coffee at  Crew Collective  and dinner at a darling little  Italian shop .  Turns out he is stronger Stunning AirBNB Saturday morning we were up early to watch Rand row two time trials at the Olympic Basin.
