Five Brown Kids

It's Andrew's last semester at the University of Utah so Courtney and I planned a fall break adventure for Moms/Boys. Riley came too with boyfriends and Trisha and Cheryl joined us for a big party!  (Taye ended up not coming because he just started a full time job and couldn't get time off - so sad) The first day we rented an ATV up in Heber Valley.  The fall scenery was stunning but Jaxon is a crazy driver.  Next time I get my own vehicle.  The first chapter of my life was called "HARD WORK", this next chapter is called "FUN" and I am here for it!

 Courtney flew down for the weekend to go to the Teddy Swims concert!  She's a fan!  I'm always delighted to have company.  And now I'm a Teddy Swim fan too! And we kayaked in the lake, went for a hike, biked with Blythe, watched Scotia get ready for homecoming and Taye made us fancy tacos.  Great weekend!

Scotia went to the Homecoming dance with her school friends. I think they had the most fun making tik toks in the backyard and getting food at Chick Fila before and Waffle House after.

Scotia’s favorite swim coach ever made a meme of her and shared it in the senior swim group chat. She was honored but not thrilled… (I mean your own meme!!! but also what a picture???) Reminiscent of this… 

Scotia got to go to her favorite weekend of the whole year... swim leadership camp at Camp Seafarer out on the coast. ( 2022 ) She took the shrimp net to catch fish on the dock every day and made sure to interview all of the kids to make silly tik toks.  She takes her entertainment responsibilities seriously. 

Something clicked this semester and she is playing ball!  Four goals this semester. So fun to watch her! 

A fun volunteer opportunity with swim. Scotia spent her Labor Day weekend visiting a swim friend who just started college near the beach. I heard it was a great, adventurous time!
